Ordering & Purchasing:
The secure online order and payment transaction process is powered by PayPal.com. All payment methods are accepted and handled by PayPal.com. I have yet to find a photographer without a paypal account due to eBay! However, if you prefer, you can order directly via email requests. Please fill out the order form. Direct orders can be made using *check, cashier's check or money orders ONLY. Please allow 3-5 business days after payment is received for most background orders to be shipped. Allow 3-7 business days for scenic muslin orders to be shipped..

All personal or business check must allow 7-10 business days to clear before production starts. There is a $20.00 fee for all returned checks.
Available Shipping Options:
We proudly ship all of our products via FedEx Ground (5 days anywhere in the continental US). Shipping costs are $15 for all sizes. Our backgrounds are folded neatly in 24X24X12 boxes and easily lose their wrinkles by hanging, a steam machine, or tumble dried on low. If alternate shipping options are requested we will work with you to arrange them. Overnight, 2 and 3 day shipping is available at transportation provider's current rates. Email us if ground shipping is not fast enough for your needs. We will provide tracking numbers to you as soon as it ships with the email address given at the time of the order unless otherwise specified.

Return Policy:

We guarantee every backdrop we produce, if you are not satisfied with your backdrop contact us within 7 days and we will be happy to exchange it. Contact us for return authorization and you will only be responsible for return shipping. Once we recieve the product back, we will be happy to exchange it, or repaint it. No returns will be accepted after one week. No returns without authorization. All Returns must be prepaid.
FREIGHT DAMAGES: Inspect all orders upon arrival for damage. Report all Damages to carrier immediately. If package is open or badly damaged refuse delivery, contact us and we will replace it.
