Printing Process:
For all photographic prints, a high-resolution digital scan is made from the original transparency or pulled from the original raw digital file, then digitally printed. Prints are made on Fujifilm's Archive Professional Color paper. This printing process and paper provide prints with sharp images, rich accurate colors, great archival quality and lasting durability. All printing is done by a professional photo lab, who has specialized in printing from transparency film for over 35 years. The printing process uses different materials than digital imagery, seen on your computer monitor. We choose to match prints to the original photograph (transparency) verses any digital or published versions.
Ordering & Purchasing:
The secure online order and payment transaction process is powered by PayPal.com. All payment methods are accepted and handled by PayPal.com. However, if you prefer, you can order directly via email requests. Place your order by sending an email to JHelmphotography. In your email please include the print name, print size, quantity, and shipping address. Direct orders can be made using *check, cashier's check or money orders ONLY. Please allow 3-5 business days after payment is received for all print orders to be shipped.
Available Shipping Options:
We proudly ship all of our products via FedEx Ground (5 days anywhere in the continental US). Shipping is free. Our prints are shipped in high quality tubes to ensure no bends. If alternate shipping options are requested we will work with you to arrange them. Overnight, 2 and 3 day shipping is available at transportation provider's current rates. We will provide tracking numbers to you as soon as it ships with the email address given at the time of the order unless otherwise specified.
